My elderly Iranian grandparents are being deported after 40 years of living in the UK.

Hey people,

The Home Office is trying to separate my grandparents from their four British children, 11 grandchildren and a great-grandchild by forcing them to return to Iran.

They bought their house in Edinburgh in 1978 and have been the core of our family our entire lives. My grandpa Mozaffar, 83, and grandma Rezvan, 73, have many health problems for which sending them back to Iran, where they have nothing and no one, would certainly kill them.

They also take care of their severely autistic grandson so that their daughter, his mother, an NHS nurse, can work and not depend on government benefits.
They now depend on us after creating my wonderful family, and we need your help.

There’s a petition I’ll link here which I really hope you’ll find the time to sign:

There are also many articles on it but I’ll post the Guardian’s one here:

Thanks for reading and your support!
